I’m Andrew Fong, your local State Farm agent, proudly serving the Kailua community since 1998 from our convenient office located right in the heart of Kailua town. You can find us across from the Shell gas station, near Urgent Care, underneath the clock. My journey with State Farm began even earlier, in 1993, as a claims rep. This firsthand experience means I understand what it truly takes to support you when it matters most, helping you manage the risks of everyday life.

I’m a proud Oregon State University graduate and a big fan of University of Hawaii sports—go Rainbow Warriors! Helping people protect what matters most, whether it's your home with Homeowners insurance. your vehicle with Auto coverage, or preparing for your family's future with Life insurance, is genuinely my passion. I'm fortunate to work alongside an amazing team dedicated to this mission every day.

Our team brings over 70 years of combined insurance experience to Kailua. Malia joined our office after being with State Farm since 2007 and contributing her extensive knowledge from 18 years at another Kailua State Farm office. Born and raised in Kaneohe, she’s a Castle High graduate and earned her BA in Business Management from UH Manoa. Outside the office, Malia enjoys time with her husband, two kids, and extended family and friends. Ann began her insurance career in Oklahoma in 1977 and has been licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health since 1982. After working in Oklahoma and North Houston, she made Kailua her home in 2015, quickly finding her hale and family here, and she enjoys connecting with all our customers.
